She has incorporated numerous churches of various denominations and created the documentation necessary for their operations. The By-Laws that she creates for each church take into account that church’s religious rules and practices and makes them work with the sometimes overlapping and inconsistent provisions of the State statutory provisions. As part of her practice of preventive law, she has created a bifurcated structure for church decisions which carefully distinguish between those decisions relating to its religious practices – which cannot be overturned by the courts -- and those decisions relating to its statutory corporate requirements. It is believed that no other lawyer distinguishes between church requirements and statutory requirements.
